BuyableHomes.com helps users discover and compare U.S. real estate listings. This policy explains the personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information you submit directly, such as your name, email address and contact-form message. We may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and cookie preferences when needed to operate, secure and improve the site.
3. Property searches and third-party data
Property search requests may be used to retrieve property or listing information from data providers such as RentCast. If map or street-level imagery is enabled, requests may also be sent to Google Maps Platform or another imagery provider. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide search features, respond to inquiries, maintain site security, troubleshoot problems, measure performance, improve the product, comply with law and prevent misuse.
5. Service providers
We may use service providers for hosting, databases, property data, email delivery, security, analytics and mapping. These providers may process information on our behalf only as necessary to deliver their services.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
BuyableHomes is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
